Weekly Patreon Recap #1

Happy Monday - Your Weekly Patreon Recap

Hey everyone, Happy Monday!

Some of you are already on my free or paid Patreon, but many of you are not, so I wanted to give you a quick recap of what I posted there last week.

On Tuesday, I posted a meditation called “Gratitude Beyond Achievement – Appreciating the Small Things.” This is an exclusive meditation video for Inner Power members.

On Wednesday, I posted “The Magic of CO₂” in a short video format. This one is available to everyone, so you can watch it whether you’re a Patreon member or not.

On Thursday, I posted an article called “Your Breath Is Your Remote Control for Your Nervous System,” along with an accompanying short video. Both are available to everyone.

If you’d like to join me on Patreon, there are two options: a free membership and an exclusive Inner Power membership for $5/month. If you sign up now, your $5/month price will stay locked in until the end of 2026.

New videos and articles are added every week, and there’s already quite a bit waiting for you:

• 15 articles about breathwork and nervous system regulation

• 8 educational videos

• 19 meditations

• 21 breathwork sessions for athletes and the modern human

And there’s more coming.

In September, I’m planning to start hosting online breathwork classes and Q&A sessions. Some will be available to all members, while others will be exclusive to Inner Power members.

So if you’d like to be part of those, you can join my Patreon here:

Have a great week, and I’ll see you over there!

We rarely think about breathing. But every breath moves your rib cage, and every movement of your rib cage is connected to your spine, shoulders and the muscles around your trunk. Your breathing pattern can therefore have a surprisingly big influence on the way you hold yourself. Take a moment...

Newsletter article#15 Your Breath Is Your Remote Control for Your Nervous System The breath is your remote control for your nervous system Most of us don’t think much about breathing. It happens automatically while we work, exercise, sleep, drive, and scroll through our phones. Yet every breath sends information to the brain about what’s happening around us. Your breathing doesn’t just respond to how you feel. It also influences how you feel. That’s why changing your breathing pattern can...

Newsletter article#14 The Magic of CO₂: Why Your Body Needs More Than Oxygen The Magic of CO2 Ask someone what carbon dioxide does in the body, and you'll probably hear the same answer: "It's a waste gas that we breathe out." That idea has been repeated for decades, yet it only tells part of the story. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) is one of the most important gases involved in human performance, energy production, and even the way your brain functions. Every breath you take is part of a finely...
